Instructions for use (German)
The Express Test Pen 38 mN/m is used for the rapid detection of pretreated PE and PP films. It is not suitable for the systematic measurement of surface tension.
The test pen is used to draw a line on the material to be tested, just like a normal felt-tip pen.
The ink is applied. If the line remains as a solid area for the next 2 seconds, the material is pretreated with a minimum tensile strength of 38 mN/m and printable. If the line contracts or forms a patchy structure within the 2 seconds, the material is not pretreated or only insufficiently pretreated. The ink dries within seconds.
The substances in the ink are "non-toxic".
